This page is starter copy and is not finished. It was created when the site was set up so the footer link would lead somewhere real, and it still needs to be written by the site owner before launch.

Fees and payment terms belong here: reservation fees, the spot-cash and in-house financing options, typical down-payment and balance schedules, and which closing costs the buyer carries. Project prices themselves live with each project and its unit types, so this page should explain the structure rather than repeat individual figures that would then need maintaining twice.
